My name is Ben Jensen, I’m a husband and father. A few years ago I was worn out, tired, out of shape and had no time to get myself to the gym. I wanted to get healthier and fit, but felt is was impossible with my busy life. I then discovered at home workouts through Beachbody (specifically P90X) and it changed my life. I’m now in the best shape I have ever been, even better than my athletic days in high school. I have continued to use P90X, but now added Insanity, and Asylum to my workout programs and I love them all. Beachbody products work wonders.

Because Beachbody works so well, I decided to become an Independent Team Beachbody Coach to help others who think they have no time workout and achieve proper fitness. Now as an Independent Team Beachbody Coach I’m not only helping others achieve their fitness goals, but I’m helping them build their businesses as well.

Five years from now you can be where you are in your life or you can choose to be in a new place. The way to get from here to there is by action and inspiration. You have to act on what inspires you if you want to make the changes in your life, body, mind, money, or spirit. Examine your life in all areas. Are you as healthy as you could be or want to be? Is your mind and spirit filled with the good positive word? Are you excelling in your career? Do you continually meet challenges and make improvments in yourself? Are you financially stable? There are answers to these questions for everyone. For some reason you were looking for something that lead you here. Whether it is to become healthier, find a business opportunity, feel better about yourself, or anyother reason, there is no better moment than now to get started. Evauluate what your goals are, write them down. Compile your goals and a to do list.

Pick the most important goals and clock in. Work on yourself. If you do it every day your progress will compound like interest. If you put your mind to it, you can achieve anything in your life.

We made the choice to change our lives. Some of us were never healthy, some were fit in their youth, and others just wanted to stop living pay check to pay check with the added perk of getting fit.
